    Copilot works across your email, Teams chats, SharePoint and OneDrive using each person’s existing access. If files are shared more widely than they should be today, Copilot will find them and summarise them for whoever asks.

    That’s why we start with your data and permissions, not the licences.

    Common questions about AI.

    Isn't Copilot already included in Microsoft 365?

    Microsoft’s business plans include Copilot Chat. The full Microsoft 365 Copilot, which works across your own emails and files, is a paid add-on per user. Microsoft changes its options regularly, so we’ll confirm what’s current and help you decide who actually needs it.

    Will our data be used to train the AI?

    Microsoft says prompts and business data used with Microsoft 365 Copilot on a work account aren’t used to train its AI models. Free consumer tools can work differently, which is exactly why an AI policy matters.

    We're a small business. Is this worth it?

    Often it’s worth it for a few people rather than everyone. That’s why we start with a pilot, so you only pay for licences that earn their keep.

    What about ChatGPT, Gemini or other tools?

    Your AI policy covers whichever tools your team uses. We’ll help you decide which are approved, and make sure staff use business accounts rather than personal ones.
