I had been putting off upgrading my laptop for a while, but finally did it this week. Scanstation are amazing, I chose my new laptop and within 24 hours it was set up, everything was copied over with no interruption to my work. All I had to do was drive home and connect it to my wifi. Liam was great, he understood what I needed and set everything up perfectly. I will definitely use them again and recommend it to my family, friends and colleagues. What an amazing company! They really bent over backwards to help me when my laptop that I use for my business broke, with my software I use almost daily on it . They were great at talking options through and after leaving them with the laptop , after some sort of magic they performed, my software was retrieved and my business literally helped along by a couple of local guys and a local business. Small independent local computer store they've sell repair pcs and laptops.These guys are excellent.Happy to give advice happy to advise. In my experience, more keen that you leave happy rather than trying to sell you something that wont suit. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Wanted to buy a 4060, to upgraded my pc, they research what were my best options and helping with the small details for compatibility ( type motherboard, voltage etc) only to realise my card credit was not enough,sadly I had to leave empty handed but they were of great help.

My 7 year old computer was taking forever to load up. I could make a cup of tea and still it had not opened everything. Discovered Scanstation via a local search on Google, took it in and they were able to replace the hard drive and it now works as fast as it did when I bought it. I am delighted with the professional and quick way they dealt with this and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a computer issue.

Cannot recommend Scan Station enough! I’m a lady of mature years and technology has really passed me by so when my computer died on me I was in panic mode. However I rang ScanStation and they came and collected it and confirmed the computer was no more! After discussing my options I now have a new laptop suitable for my use and wow it’s linked up to my printer wirelessly! I cannot thank Liam enough for helping me through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I know if I have any questions he’s there to help no problem. Many thanks Liam and ScanStation.

Amazing guys in this shop
Took the time out to help me with my own gaming build and gave me advice on why it wasn't powering up and starting .
Went home did exactly what they said and now all working .
The shop itself was very very well stocked with multiple gaming items which is very rare now with amazon taking over .
Credit to you guys and I will be back if I need to buy anything .

I love the guys at Scanstation! I have known them for years, they look after my email accounts and a lot of my clients. I needed to get a top of the range PC recently as I am doing a lot of video work and the one that I bought from them is absolutely pheonmenal. It literally files!

I am great believer in supporting other small businesses and I would reccommend them over anyone else.

Visited again, Prices still a little on the higher side, but it's worth it for convenience and to avoid giving money to Amazon/Bezos.
A bias towards Intel & nvidia in terms of range but Intel is a more recognised brand so understandably to stock them.
