PC Collect & Return

If you want to avoid the complication of dis-connecting your computer, we can arrange for an engineer to collect & return it to you after completing a repair at our repair centre.

Upgrades

We can advise and perform hardware or software upgrades on most brands of PCs & Laptops, visit us in store for free advice on the best upgrade path for your computer.

On-Site Call Outs

Should you need help in your own home you can opt for our call-out service, our mobile engineers can assist with all manner of computer problems including networking & broadband issues.

    Cannot recommend Scan Station enough! I’m a lady of mature years and technology has really passed me by so when my computer died on me I was in panic mode. However I rang ScanStation and they came and collected it and confirmed the computer was no more! After discussing my options I now have a new laptop suitable for my use and wow it’s linked up to my printer wirelessly! I cannot thank Liam enough for helping me through the whole process.     This place should be called scam station, iv been a few times and each experience worst than the last, iv finally stopped going to them as they just try and take your money for doing bear minimum work but usually nothing. I would not recommend this place they are kind and friendly when you first see them but once your device is there your not sure what they do to make their extra money 🤔🤫, if they seem keen on getting their hands on your device I would be weary.

    Can I drop off my machine to Scanstation to be repaired?

    Yes, of course, we love a challenge, no matter how trivial or how big the problem. But yes, we will fix your machine.

    Will Scanstation come out to my business of home to fix computers?

    Yes, we charge £60p/h to come to your location and fix your computer/s.
