My issue with mobile wifi for my motorhome was resolved quickly and efficiently. The engineer also took the time to upgrade my system and made sure it worked to its optimum level. Very good service.

I had problems with my laptop freezing. Robert and Liam immediately assessed that my old laptop didn't have enough gig to support Windows 11 (which i had downloaded free when it was first introduced). My options were outlined clearly,either spend a lot of money to upgrade (which may not work,or last much longer) or look at a new one. I chose to buy a new one. Robert showed me models which suited my limited needs. There was no pressure to purchase,or to encourage me to buy a higher spec than i needed. Liam transferred all my documents, app,etc quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the purchase and the service given by both Robert & Liam. I had been putting off upgrading my laptop for a while, but finally did it this week. Scanstation are amazing, I chose my new laptop and within 24 hours it was set up, everything was copied over with no interruption to my work. All I had to do was drive home and connect it to my wifi. What an amazing company! They really bent over backwards to help me when my laptop that I use for my business broke, with my software I use almost daily on it . They were great at talking options through and after leaving them with the laptop , after some sort of magic they performed, my software was retrieved and my business literally helped along by a couple of local guys and a local business. Small independent local computer store they've sell repair pcs and laptops.These guys are excellent.Happy to give advice happy to advise. In my experience, more keen that you leave happy rather than trying to sell you something that wont suit. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Wanted to buy a 4060, to upgraded my pc, they research what were my best options and helping with the small details for compatibility ( type motherboard, voltage etc) only to realise my card credit was not enough,sadly I had to leave empty handed but they were of great help.

I recently bought a new computer from Scanstation Computers. The help, guidance and knowledge was second to none from Liam. The transition from my very old system to setting everything up on the new laptop was excellent. Thank you.

My 7 year old computer was taking forever to load up. I could make a cup of tea and still it had not opened everything. Discovered Scanstation via a local search on Google, took it in and they were able to replace the hard drive and it now works as fast as it did when I bought it. I am delighted with the professional and quick way they dealt with this and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a computer issue.
