I took my laptop, that had wine spilled on it, to them for repair, as it wouldn't start. The man on reception managed to get it working again within a few minutes and didn't charge me. Now that is 5 star service

Broke my laptop, and thought I'd give a local business a try, and Scanstation was recommended. Quick diagnosis and quick fix, and let me know the price first. Nice friendly people, honest price clearly shown on invoice, would definitely recommend.

After 50 years of working with PCs I consider myself fairly computer savvy. Two days ago my PC wouldnt boot up. I went through all the automatic repair steps, tried to fix through BIOS, but the PC was stuck. I deleted the last Windows Updates, tried to get back a system restore, nothing. Files were locked with Bitlocker and I was well and truly stuffed. What to do now? My PC was custom built 5 years ago and cost me a lot of money!! Who could I trust with my beloved PC? So, onto the internet I went with my phone. Scanstation were only a 15 minute drive away and their reviews were excellent. 4.9 stars out of 100 plus reviews. So I took my PC there. Rob greeted me and was friendly and professional. I was still worried. I couldnt afford a new PC as I am now a homecarer for my wife and retired. I left with everything crossed, and a worry about the bill if they managed to save my machine. I drove home and within the hour Liam had rung and was very helpful. Cut to 2 days later, and Matt rang to say all was ready. I collected my machine and the bill was ridiculously low for the fix. I offered to pay more as they had saved my machine - they refused. That says it all about a company to me. Customers first. In this day and age that is rare. They were bloody brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough. If you have any sort of PC issue, go to these guys. They know their stuff!! As a final note, my custom machine is actually running better than when I first bought it. Dont ask me how. As a 65 year old my faith in customer service has been restored. A++++

My issue with mobile wifi for my motorhome was resolved quickly and efficiently. The engineer also took the time to upgrade my system and made sure it worked to its optimum level. Very good service.

I had problems with my laptop freezing. Robert and Liam immediately assessed that my old laptop didn't have enough gig to support Windows 11 (which i had downloaded free when it was first introduced). My options were outlined clearly,either spend a lot of money to upgrade (which may not work,or last much longer) or look at a new one. I chose to buy a new one. Robert showed me models which suited my limited needs. There was no pressure to purchase,or to encourage me to buy a higher spec than i needed. Liam transferred all my documents, app,etc quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the purchase and the service given by both Robert & Liam. I had been putting off upgrading my laptop for a while, but finally did it this week. Scanstation are amazing, I chose my new laptop and within 24 hours it was set up, everything was copied over with no interruption to my work. All I had to do was drive home and connect it to my wifi. What an amazing company! They really bent over backwards to help me when my laptop that I use for my business broke, with my software I use almost daily on it . They were great at talking options through and after leaving them with the laptop , after some sort of magic they performed, my software was retrieved and my business literally helped along by a couple of local guys and a local business.
